Dan Dufresne will talk about the personal and professional benefits of becoming a Kentucky Center for Performance (KYCPE) examiner particularly for ASQ members. This “free for service training” and the examiner experience has received endorsements from past examiners as a vehicle that has assisted them to strengthen their communication and evaluation skills as well as has provided tools to allow them to more effectively execute their job responsibilities. KYCPE is a non profit, all volunteer organization that has been helping Kentucky organizations get better since 2005 through the use of performance excellence criteria.
