A group of 29 members including at least 6 past chairs and 2 ASQ Fellows enjoyed the mini session from Walt Pozgay on Customer Satisfaction surveys and the Main Program from Ben Yandell from Norton Healthcare focused on applying quality principles to Healthcare.
Walt's mini session theme was asking one more question on Customer Satisfaction surveys to really understand customer's feelings. His presentation is attached below.
Ben's presentation focused on his work at Norton Healthcare over the last several years to apply quality principles not normally found in healthcare including extreme transparency on healthcare indicators. Resulting in the creation of the Norton Healthcare Quality Report.
