• ASQ Louisville Section 0912 respects your privacy. Please review our privacy policy
• Login using your Login Email Address and Password. If you have an email in our records, we have used it. If you have both a work and a home email, try the work email first. Your default password is your 8 character membership number. If you membership number is less than 8 characters, add 0's ahead of the number to make 8 characters. After you login, you can change this if you wish. If we did not have your email, you will have to register as a new user.
• If you are the only user of your computer, you may check the 'Remember your login?' box. Your password will be stored in a 'cookie' on your computer, and, in the future, you will automatically be logged in and bypass this screen. You must have cookies enabled in your browser for this to work.
• You may change your password as often as you wish using the link on the form above. Enter your Login email Address and click on the 'Change Your Password' link. Passwords must be at least 6 and no more that 20 characters long and may contain letters, numbers and the characters ~!@#$%^& Spaces are not allowed, and passwords are case sensitive.
• If you lose your password, enter your Login Email Address and click on the 'Recover Lost Password' link. The password will be emailed to your Login Email Address, so be sure your email is valid.
